We respectfully inform you that payments made under the Early Bird rate after the deadline cannot be accepted. In such cases, the registration will not be considered valid, and participation in VETCON 2026 may not be permitted.

We therefore encourage all participants to ensure that the correct registration fee is submitted to avoid any inconvenience.
